The single user inputs all data and manages all aspects of the 5S deployment from one computer. Perfect for environments where one person is completely responsible for a 5S activities. Network Drive System Data Highway – allows for an unlimited number of users for the system and up to 250 simultaneous users at a time to access data. The data is stored on your shared drives or servers. User Interface – provides a method to drive 5S activity for every employee that plays a part in the company’s 5S deployment. Managerial Interface – allows the entire management staff to see what 5S progress is being made in their work areas. The system also provides the tracking and control mechanisms needed to manage their red tagged assets. Finance Interface – empowers the appropriate persons with the asset management tools needed to track and control the movement and disposition of all red tagged items. The system price includes customized hard drive access. Dbar-Innovations staff will configure the software to download onto your internal company drive. You provide the drive information and within one business day your software will be configured and ready to download.
