Shipping Policy

Our Goal
We strive to get every order out the day it was placed (if received before 3:00 pm CST) during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders normally ship within 24 hours. Please note - Custom orders and drop-ship items may require additional time to prepare and ship. We are able to ship product to any street address in the United States and Puerto Rico (sorry - no P.O. boxes).

Our standard carrier is UPS, but if you have a special request we will make every effort to accommodate you. If not specified, we will ship UPS Ground. You are able to check real-time shipping times and rates at check-out. We also can ship via FedEx or other carrier if requested.

We will make every effort to accommodate your shipping preference. We want to get it to you when you need it. Please understand that overnight or 2nd day air shipments may cost more based on the size and weight of the item. Also, expedited  packages may be delayed due to time of order or quantity in stock. We will make our best efforts to accommodate your preferences. Use the real-time shipping feature at checkout to determine time and cost. The most common methods our carriers offer are:
  • Next day air
  • Next day early am
  • Next day air-saver
  • 2nd day air
  • 2nd day air saver
  • 3 day ground
  • Ground
Please note - that not all services are available in all areas.

Shipment in the United States
We ship to any street address in the United States and Puerto Rico (sorry - no P.O. boxes).

Shipments to Canada
We ship to Canada via UPS Worldship. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes/VAT, duties, and brokerage fees. The published rates from our website might not actually be the final shipping rate. We reserve the right to collect all shipping fees due.

International Shipments
For international orders, please contact us at for more information. Please let us know what items you are interested in and where they will be shipped, email address, your contact information including your international telephone number, so we can provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.

Track a Shipment
When you place your order you will be notified via email with a reciept and a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the link provided, going to the carrier's website to track a package, logging into 5S Supply's website or calling us at 1.888 4 LEAN 5S (1.888.453-2657).
Back-ordered Items
You will be notified of any items which are on backorder with the expected shipping date if known. We can ship a partial order if you prefer.
Your items are insured through the carrier. At time of receipt please notify us if your items are damaged. We can make arrangements for returns based on the information below.

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Call us at 1.888 4 LEAN 5S (1.888.453-2657) or email us at with a request for a Return Authorization. If product is defective, it will be exchanged for the same item. If you wish to return the item for any other reason we will issue a credit in the same form that the payment was made, upon receipt of the product. Please note: in some cases a  restocking fee may apply.
